Activities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with international customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 
    Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our service
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams  

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Deep digital understanding
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the required languages: perfect Italian with good English

  • Updating the company's portal
  • Drafting the monthly newsletter
  • Updating the accounts on the social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Support to general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Senior undergraduate of Economics, Political Sciences, Law, Languages or related area of studies
  • English mother tongue/ English proficiency
  • Good ICT skills, particularly on the basic Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A positive problem – solving approach; good interpersonal and team – working skills
  • An interest in innovation and technology transfer issues is essential; enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills

  • Transforming from prospects into customers, the major American study programs in Rome
  • Perform phone calls, make appointments, create opportunities to meet for presentations and promotions
  • Develop public relations with key influencers
  • Lobbying amongst target communities
  • Study effective commercial actions
  • Customer recruitment
  • Prepare reports and projections
  • Participate in internal and external meetings
  • Discover and identify new business opportunities
  • Maximize the business 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and knowledge of standard computer tools are required
  • Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ideal candidate should be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • The ability to meet deadlines is mandatory
  • The knowledge of the Italian language is preferable

  • Language Requirements: fluent in English and Italian
