Enrollment Verification Services
The Registrar’s Office provides enrollment verification services for all students. Students can submit their request online at any time, using the online Request Form for Enrollment Services. The office provides the following services:
- Enrollment Verification Letter
- English Proficiency Letter
- Statement of Expected Graduation
- Proof of Graduation
- Invitation Letter
Letters can be issued in English or Italian and sent either via airmail to the provided physical address or via email to the provided email address.
Certificates and letters are processed in the order in which they are received and take at least two full business days to be processed. This processing time may increase during our peak periods — the beginning and end of every semester, and just after the graduation ceremony in May. Students should plan ahead, make sure not to request certificates at the last minute, and allow for the time it takes the Registrar’s Office to prepare them.
In addition, please note that enrollment verification letters cannot be issued during the drop/add period of each semester and summer session. All requests for "current semester/session" enrollment will be issued after the official drop/add deadline, which can be found on the Academic Calendar.
Please note that the Registrar’s Office can only process enrollment certificates for semesters in which students are registered. Therefore, if students have yet to sign up for classes for a semester, the Registrar’s Office cannot write an enrollment certificate confirming the registration/attendance for that semester. Furthermore, the Registrar's Office can issue letters only for students that are clear from any hold.
