Please note that you must decide at the beginning of your college career whether your billing currency will be euros or dollars. You will be billed in the same currency for the entire time that you attend JCU.
The Semester-Based Housing Contract is designed for students who wish to stay in JCU Housing one semester at a time. To secure housing, students must submit a completed application and deposit by the deadline for their intended semester. This contract is valid only for the duration of the semester or session, and students are required to move out between semesters. Those who wish to live in JCU Housing for future semesters must reapply and meet all application requirements by the specified deadline.
Duration: 5 weeks (Summer I), 5 weeks (Summer II), 11 weeks (Both Summer I & II)

Students planning to stay in JCU Housing for both Summer I and Summer II sessions must be enrolled in classes for both sessions and submit Housing applications and deposits (Sum I and Sum II) by April 15th. Housing fee below is indicated for each summer session.

Only students who are US citizens residing in the United States, permanent residents of the United States or Canadian citizens pay in USD; citizens and residents of other countries will pay tuition and fees in EUR according to the schedules posted on the Tuition and Fees section.
Neighborhood Apartments option becomes available only if Gianicolo Residence, Lungara Apartments, and Trastevere Apartments reach full capacity. Please note that submitting the payment for a preferred housing option does not guarantee that students will be placed in their desired location. The students will be notified prior to the full payment deadline.
