Valentina Dorato teaches Italian Language and Culture at John Cabot University and in other American programs in Rome. She holds a Laurea in Humanistic Studies (University of Rome La Sapienza), a Master In Italian as a Second Language (University of Roma Tre) and she is a doctoral candidate in Communication, Media and Social Science (University of Rome La Sapienza).
Her research and interests include innovative teaching methods - the use of music in teaching a foreign language, how food reflects cultures.
