Stefano Iannone holds a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Applied Mathematics from California State University: San Francisco, as well as a Master's in Cryptology from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata." Prof. Iannone's main interest is in the didactics of Mathematics. He was also a professional basketball player in Italy from 1975 to 1990.
