Pietro Paganini serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Business Administration at John Cabot University. He has held a Researcher position at LUMSA University of Rome (Rome, Italy) and has served as Researcher and Visiting Lecturer at Karlstad University (Sweden). He holds a Doctorate in Communications and Complex Organizations.

Prof. Paganini is co-founder of Competere - Policies for Sustainable Development - a think-tank that fosters policies that favors innovation, based in Milan and Rome. He runs a consulting firm that provides strategy and communication tools.

Allenarsi per il Futuro (Training for the Future), his last book, was published in December 2015, while Innovation: from Theory to Territory: Paradigm and Strategies in the Information Society was his first book published in January 2006. He appears in various national TV talk shows and programs that include main national channels. He is the author of several articles in various Italian and international papers, scientific journals, radio and TV.

He is on the Board of Advisors of Envent, a founder and board member of Istituto Italiano per la Privacy, former Executive Director and founder of the European Privacy Association. He is also a member of BAIA - Network Italy America.

Prof. Paganini helps firms to build a proactive and more competitive market environment, so they can perform more successfully and gain a leadership. He provides companies with the right strategies to empower their communication. He combines communications skills with market knowledge and management capabilities. He has a good knowledge of the U.S., EU and EU member states’ economic and political environment.
