After studying geology as an undergraduate, Professor Margaret Kneller earned an M.E.S. in Environmental Sciences and a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences. Her interests are in ecosystems and paleoecology, with an emphasis on climate and plants.
At JCU, Professor Kneller teaches and communicates the fundamentals of natural sciences, to non-science majors—since awareness of natural resources is important for navigating the urban and global environment.
