Fiamma Mozzetta is a researcher and writer of the intersection of popular music and history, focusing on pop historical consciousness, memory and heritage. In 2023, she completed a Ph.D. at Goldsmiths with a thesis titled “Beyond Retromania: Reimagining Historical Consciousness in British, Italian, and Argentinian Popular Music.” Her writing has appeared in academic journals, edited books and magazines (openDemocracy, KABUL Magazine, Agenzia X, Pacini Editore, NOT, Musica/Realtà, Riffs Journal).
