Next Gen Impact Lab is a unique opportunity for students to gain foundational skills in no-code development and artificial intelligence while tackling real-world sustainability and social challenges. Through a project-based learning approach, participants will work in teams to ideate, design, and build an app or digital platform that addresses a challenge with a strong social impact, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This year’s kickoff workshop will take place on February 12, 2026. During this session, students will learn about no-code technologies available on the market and will be introduced to a set of challenge options. Each team will choose one problem to solve, combining technology with business strategy and social innovation. Participation in this initial workshop is optional: students may attend solely to learn about no-code tools without committing to the full mentoring and challenge track.
At the Final Pitch Event, teams will present their solutions to a jury that includes Jonathan Aberman and other real investors. The top three teams will receive special prizes, while all participants who complete the program will earn an official certificate in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation.
Participants will address complex societal problems, such as urban sustainability or food waste, by developing creative digital solutions. Projects must be developed entirely with no-code tools, making them accessible even to students without prior coding experience. Teams will receive continuous expert coaching to refine their ideas and create a functional prototype. The challenge emphasizes empathy-driven design, ensuring that solutions are innovative, socially responsible, and economically viable.
