Previous to joining John Cabot University, Professor Fuller managed a small marketing research consulting firm in Rome. She began teaching course in Marketing and Management for JCU in 1987 and was appointed to the tenured position of Associate Professor of Business Administration in 1994 until January 2012. In May 2012, at the Commencement ceremony, she was awarded the status of Emeritus Professor of Business Administration by President Franco Pavoncello and the JCU Board of Trustees.

Professor Fuller continues to teach Principles of Marketing, Principles of Management, Market and Marketing Research, and Not-for-Profit marketing.

Professor Fuller served three times as Chair of the Department of Business Administration between 1990 to 2005 and last served as Chair from September 2010 to January 2012.

From September 2007-2013, she was the Coordinator for the University of Wales Validated Programs in Marketing and Business Administration.

Professor Fuller has a strong international background and has studied, traveled and worked in the US, Europe and South Asia. In South Asia, she lived and worked for five years in Dhaka, Bangladesh. While in Dhaka, she worked for short periods of time as a consultant for USAID, The Ford Foundation, UNDP and the WHO. In Europe she has lived and studied in Austria, England, Germany, Sweden and Italy.

She has over thirty years of managerial positions for not-for-profit organization delivering health care delivery or education services. She has also served as a management consultant to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN in Rome.
