Professor Flavio Notari is an Italian certified accountant (Dottore Commercialista no.AA_011055) and statutory auditor (no.166204). He deals with tax law and has gained experience working in well established law firms both in the United States and in Italy.
He has experience in the field of domestic and international taxation and routinely assists both Italian and foreign entities on current as well as extraordinary transactions, organizational and operational matters.
Co-Founder of BAIA Italia – Business Association Italy America, Prof. Notari contributes to the definition of association's vision and strategy.
As advisor in a business accelerator, and board member in technology start-ups, he follows with great attention Italian entrepreneurial innovation, promoting competitiveness and spreading the culture of risk. He holds workshops and organizes conferences, and is the author of several publications related to taxation; with specific reference to the energy industry taxation. Since 2010, he has been the co-author of the monthly column “Energy Taxation” in the periodical “Quotidiano Energia” of the Italia Energia publishing group.
