Carolina De Luca holds a B.A. in English Literature and both an M.A. and M.Phil. in Comparative Literature.  Her areas of interest include: English Romantic Poetry, African-American Literature, Modernism, Early Modern Europe, and Dante. She teaches English Composition and Public Speaking: Oral Rhetoric and Persuasion.

Prof. De Luca is currently enrolled in a two-year Mindfulness Teacher Training Program at Mindful Schools in California. She is training to becoming a certified Mindfulness Teacher, specializing in young adult instruction with a trauma sensitive based approach.
