Tuition Payment Policies
Degree-seeking students:
All degree-seeking students must complete registration for each term during the registration
period in the University calendar (please consult the Academic Calendar for deadlines). New degree-seeking students will register during the Orientation
period.
Any student who registers late will be charged a 100 euro Late Registration Fee ($130.00).
No student will be allowed to register after the drop/add period (see the Academic
Calendar).
Students will receive a tuition bill by May 30 for the fall (and summer semesters) and November 1 for the spring semesters.
Deadlines for full payment or arrangements for a payment plan are:
Fall semester July 15
Spring semester November 30
Summer I April 30
Summer II May 30
Students will receive email notification of their billing payment and payment due date. Students are responsible to ensure that the University has their correct email contact.
Upon full-tuition payment or approved payment plan, students will have completed the registration process.
Payments not made by the deadline will incur a late fee of €200 or $250.
Students who have failed to pay either their full tuition or the payments agreed upon in their payment plan by the deadlines and those who have not arranged to have a payment plan, will have their Student ID confiscated. They will have one week to make their payment or alternative arrangements and to retrieve their Student IDs from the Finance Office. During this week students will be given a special form to enter campuses and attend classes. Students who fail to either pay in full or make alternative arrangements within one week from when the ID is confiscated may be administratively withdrawn from classes and cannot complete the semester. This decision will be made by the President of the University on the recommendation of the Finance Office and Academic Dean.
Any student with outstanding bills to the University will not receive grades, transcripts, recommendation letters, or other official University services.
All students requiring a visa to study in Italy must pay in full or have approved financial aid arrangements with the Financial Aid Office and Finance Office in order to receive the visa letter.
