Summer Math and Engineering Courses

Summer Courses

Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science

It’s been a decade since John Cabot University started offering Engineering and Mathematics courses for STEM majors during the five-week Summer I and II sessions. Since the program’s start JCU has welcomed over 400 undergraduate engineering students from over 50 universities in the USA and the Mediterranean region.

The objective of our engineering summer program is geared towards building a curriculum that allows first and second-year engineering students to stay on track for their graduation while simultaneously providing an international educational experience. There is no better place to appreciate the history and engineering feats of Ancient Rome than in Rome itself!

Course syllabi are reviewed by universities and professors to ensure they meet the qualifications expected of Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Pofessors are primarily recruited from these U.S. programs. See our past visiting summer engineering and mathematics faculty.

Students earn transferable credit and take advantage of a variety of extracurricular activities and support services provided by the university which may include dedicated engineering activities.

Save the date!

Summer I 2026: May 20 to June 27
Summer II 2026: July 2 to August 8
