The Psychology minor introduces students to the scientific methods used to investigate human behavior and allows them to explore the social, cognitive, and/or biological factors influencing it.
The Psychology Minor offers a broad overview of the field of behavioral science. It introduces students to the scientific methods used to investigate human behavior, and provides them with the opportunity to further explore the social, cognitive, and/or biological factors influencing it. The emphasis on scientific and experimental inquiry combined with the discipline’s focus on understanding human behavior and mental processes make the Minor in Psychology a valuable addition to many of our current majors.
Six courses with a PS prefix
MA 208 or MA 209 are acceptable substitutes for one PS course.
