Orientation Housing Workshop
As part of Orientation at John Cabot University, all students living in JCU Housing are required to attend a Housing Workshop. This workshop is mandatory, and, upon arrival to JCU, each student will receive an assigned time slot when they must attend.
Housing rules, disciplinary actions, and other useful tips will be presented by Housing Staff and discussed with the students.
Students who do not attend the mandatory workshop will be subject to a monetary fine.
During Orientation week, a Resident Assistant (RA) will meet with their assigned students to help each student become familiar with their apartment.
Forms and Informational Documents
Prior to arrival, students are required to read the Roman Housing Booklet. At the mandatory Housing Workshop, students will be signing a document stating that you have read and understood the contents of this booklet.
The Roman Housing Booklet contains valuable information that you will want to know about living in Rome, the culture, nearby stores, rules and regulations, and general information about living in Rome, and living in JCU Housing.
Students placed in JCU Housing are responsible for reading and abiding by the policies and procedures outlined in JCU Housing Policies and Regulations.
