Please complete your Biweekly Report as thoroughly as you can. It will help you reflect on your community’s development as well as your own; it also aids your supervisor(s) in staying current with issues regarding you and your residents.

NOTE: Any information on this report may be shared with other staff members unless you specifically designate them as "confidential." Reports are due by 9 am every second Monday.
