Federica Salvatori holds a Bachelor and a Master degree in Accounting and Law from the University of Perugia. After earning her Ph.D. in Business Administration in 2011, she moved to the U.K. where she worked as a lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Liverpool Hope University for 3 years, and then as Assistant Professor in Accounting at the University of Leicester for 6 years.
She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) since 2017.
In addition to teaching and researching, she has held a variety of managerial roles such as that of Departmental Director of Learning and Teaching, and School Director of Employability and Engagement.
Finally, over the years she has provided consulting and training services to private and public organizations in the U.K. and in Italy.
She joined JCU in 2023 where she teaches Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting.
