Program Structure

The Dual-Degree MBA is a 12-month Master program offered by POLIMI Graduate School of Management and John Cabot University. 

It combines the liberal arts with business management fundamentals. The Dual-Degree MBA is tailored to young professionals who want to boost their careers while acquiring valuable tools for nurturing innovative business concepts, understanding societal challenges, and fostering transformative change, 

CORE COURSES

Core courses are designed to equip you with the knowledge, analytical frameworks, and tools required by the leaders of tomorrow. These courses will provide a comprehensive understanding of a business and how to shape its future direction. They are divided into three main pillars: 

  • Understanding a Business Model: The Fundamentals of Management
  • Structuring a Liberal Arts Approach to Business
  • Managing Business Growth: Creating and Sustaining Competitive Advantage

Each pillar is followed by a capstone project that is vital for applying theoretical concepts to real case challenges in the industry. 

ELECTIVE COURSES

Throughout your path, you will be able to select a tailored set of elective courses that align with your specific interests and goals. 

CONSCIOUSNESS & CREATIVITY PATH

This provides the development of soft skills that are fundamental for future managers: analytical thinking and innovation, complex problem-solving, creativity, originality and initiative, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility.

OPTIONAL WEEK IN MILAN

During the second and third terms, you can attend an optional week in Milan. 

PROJECT WORK

The program culminates in the practical application of technical and soft skills through various projects work.
