Program Structure
The Dual MBA Degree is a 12-month Master program offered by POLIMI Graduate School of Management and John Cabot University.
The Master has been designed with your needs and aspirations in mind. We have created a program tailored for young professionals who aim to boost their career while acquiring valuable tools for nurturing innovative business concepts, comprehending societal challenges, and honing the capacity to foster transformative change, by combining liberal arts topics with business management fundamentals.
Core courses
The core courses are designed to equip you with the necessary interpretative frameworks and tools that are essential for today's leaders. Through these courses, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of a company and its future direction. The core courses are divided into three main pillars:
- Understanding a Business Model: The Fundamentals of Management
- Structuring a Liberal Arts Approach to Business
- Managing Business Growth: Creating and Sustaining Competitive Advantage
At the end of each pillar, you will be carrying out a capstone project, through which you will apply the theoretical concepts to real case challenges in the industry.
Elective courses
Throughout your path you will be able to select a tailored set of elective courses that align with your specific interests and goals.
Consciousness & creativity path
You will have the opportunity to develop soft skills that are fundamental for future managers, such as analytical thinking and innovation, complex problem-solving, creativity, originality and initiative, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility.
Optional week in Milan
During the second and third terms, you will have the opportunity to attend an optional week in Milan.
Project work
The program culminates in the practical application of the acquired set of technical and soft skills through various forms of project work.
Additional services
During your MBA, you will be able to access a range of services offered by the Politecnico di Milano Digital Innovation Observatories that aim to provide students and companies with access to experts' points of view on digital innovation. Moreover, you will be able to access John Cabot University’s student services that include housing and dining services for our MBA students, as well as medical assistance and mental health counseling.
