Reaching Trastevere from the Airport
Rome’s main airport, Aeroporto Internazionale Leonardo da Vinci di Fiumicino, is situated 28km from the city center. You can reach Trastevere by train or cab.

• By train: Regional trains from Fiumicino to Trastevere train station run every 15 minutes. The price is 8 Euros for a one-way ticket. 
• By cab: The taxi stand is stationed outside the arrivals terminal. There is a fixed price for a one-way fare to Rome’s center, within the Aurelian walls.
