  • Knowledge of economics and finance principles
  • Able to simplify and communicate, in order to manage the company's newsletter (newsmaking e newsmanagement)
  • Knowledge of the Italian and European economic environment
  • The knowledge of other languages and of extra-European economic and financial environment will be considered a plus

Tasks:

  • Dealing with the main activities in progress, in particular regulatory news, based on which the intern will be asked to analyze, deepen and communicate their impact on the financial sector
  • Actively participating in the daily activities of the office and in the events pleanned (planning and organizing)
  • Contributing in the communication activities, such as newsletters, text revision, press releases, articles, social media management

As an intern for the Administrative Department, you will give your contribution a wide range of activities:

  • Answer request of interested candidates by phone or by e-mail;
  • Receive potential students and talk to them about the value proposition of the university;
  • Help international students with the procedure regarding the Permit of Stay in Italy;
  • Twice a week, receive students at the front desk for the completion of the enrollment procedure and other bureaucracy;
  • Help students and Professors with any issue that may arise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Foreign Languages/Marketing/International Studies or related fields;
  • Fluency in English, French and Italian (other languages are considered a plus);
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Interest in working with people, customer oriented;
  • Clear and empathetic communication;
  • Flexibility

  • Assisting with the preparation of the upcoming show  (preparing the installation, as well as documentation material on the shows, detailed portfolio of the artist's work)
  • Helping with the promotion of the exhibition (preparing the material for the press) and with our external communication with social media and other websites' that the gallery is linked to
  • Compiling portfolios for offers and for communication with museums and institutions
  • Updating website (updating artist presentation on the gallery website, as Cvs, images, press and info about the art works)
  • Maintaining the inventory of artworks and artists' archives

  • Communicating with artist and visitors about exhibitions and the artists' work. Giving a short introductory talks/tours of the exhibition

JUNIOR CONSULTANT

The intern will work with the team in the management of cultural project, taking care of different aspects, from logistics to communications, from design to fundraising.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the cultural world, especially contemporary art
  • Excellent skills to work on digital platforms
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and web communications
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferable requirements:
