  • Deepen the strategies of bibliographic research and knowledge of the main research tools (online catalogs, bibliographic data, full text...)
  • Elaborate e bibliography in the candidate's field of interest
  • Collaborate with the library's staff in daily tasks (bibliographic research, cataloguing, consultation, loans...)

As an intern for the Administrative Department, you will give your contribution a wide range of activities:

  • Answer request of interested candidates by phone or by e-mail;
  • Receive potential students and talk to them about the value proposition of the university;
  • Help international students with the procedure regarding the Permit of Stay in Italy;
  • Twice a week, receive students at the front desk for the completion of the enrolment procedure and other bureaucracy;
  • Help students and Professors with any issue that may arise


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Foreign Languages/Marketing/International Studies or related fields;
  • Fluency in English, French and Italian (other languages are considered a plus);
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;

Internship in the Communication and Social Media. The intern has the function of mediating between the organizations and institutions and managing the institutional channels (Webpage, Facebook, YouTube channel).

Main tasks:

  • To help coordinate and direct the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and Human Rights in official events and public forum.
  • Managing institutional media and channels of information (websites, social networks)
  • Generate and elaborate adequate contents, materials and distribution channels: publications, design, audiovisual, multimedia.
  • Assist with and elaborate communication strategies.
  • Establish professional relationships representing the institution through media and public relations (Networking).


  • Strategic capacity to plan communication, prevent obstacles and coordinate.
  • Creativity to produce content and analysis.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Public relations: ability to establish reliable, sincere and lasting relationships with different people, empathy with audiences.
  • Minimum real availability of 10 hours of time per week.
Duties and responsibilities:

Fitness Center

  • To be familiar with the information system (Blackbaud) and to be able to complete data entry
  • To file physicals and forms
  • To know by memory the activity programs and to be able to provide any information to the students
  • To be familiar with the department policies (concerning fitness center, varsity teams and sports trips)
  • To know the JCU and external sports facilities and be able to give directions to the students
  • To check-in/out the fitness center users
  • To check and reply the [email protected] email address
  • To answer the phone and communicate through the phone in a professional manner
  • To be familiar with Microsoft Office package
  • To create presentations with Powerpoint or other softwares
  • To create/print flyers
  • To be familiar with the heating/ventilation/lighting/equipment/system of the gym
