Company Visits

Step into the professional world with exclusive visits to leading companies and organizations. You'll immerse yourself in the workplace culture, meet the professionals, and gain insights that will make you career-ready. Participation in company visits is competitive.

Students are selected based on a one-page motivation letter explaining the relevance of the visit to their academic, personal, and professional development.

Women in Leadership Program

Women's Leadership programThe JCU Women in Leadership Program (WLP) provides shadowing experiences, project work, conferences, and workshops with senior female leaders throughout the semester. In Fall 2026, these opportunities are available at FAO, Banca d’Italia, Alliance, and Roberto Coin Jewelry.

WLP is designed for students who identify as women or nonbinary and, consistent with the University’s zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind, welcomes students of all genders who meet the admissions criteria. While the program’s content is tailored to address the experiences and opportunities often encountered by women in leadership, the strategies and insights it offers are valuable for anyone seeking to strengthen their capabilities and advance their career.

To be eligible for the WLP, current JCU students must be juniors or seniors (have completed 60 credits at the time of application) and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Once students are selected for the program, they will be able to apply for specific opportunities.
