Once you have decided to embark on the study abroad experience of a lifetime at John Cabot University, your next step is to check with your university's study abroad office to ensure that you are following their procedures before beginning your application.

In the case that your university's study abroad office informs you to apply directly to John Cabot University, admission will be based on a review of the following items:

1. Completed application form
2. $50/€50 Application fee. Please note that only U.S. and Canadian citizens may pay in dollars. Payment options.
3. Official transcript from your current university. Transcripts not in English or Italian must be accompanied by a certified English language translation. Applicants are encouraged to submit their official transcripts via Parchment Services, E-Script or Student Clearinghouse. Alternatively, applicants living in the United States or Canada may send their completed application and materials to either the U.S. Mailing Address in Washington, D.C. or directly to the Office of Admissions in Rome. Please note that you should only send your materials to one location.
4. Evidence of English Language Proficiency (for students who have studied in an English language institution for fewer than two years)
