How to Apply

Applications for the Master's program Luxury Management and Customer Experience are open.

Please note that we process applications on a rolling basis, which means that they may close even before the deadline. There are limited spots available for this course, so the sooner you apply, the better.

It is advisable that non-EU candidates apply at least 3 months before the program starts, to leave enough time for the Statement of Comparability of your degree and to apply for your student visa.

1) Activate your application and submit your documents

Fill out the form and upload these documents:

  • Your CV in English
  • University transcripts/mark sheets
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree (if already available at the time of the application)
  • Copy of your passport or ID
  • Digital picture
  • Letter of reference (if already available at the time of the application)
  • Motivation letter
  • Financial Aid Essay (if you’re applying for one of our tuition fee reductions)
  • English proficiency certificate: IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC or equivalent (if already available at the time of the application)
  • Pay the Application Fee (€ 100)

2) Screening

Applicants will be notified if they have been selected for a motivational online interview in English.

3) Our final decision

We will send you an e-mail with our final decision on your application, and, if the result is positive, you will also receive scholarship information (if you applied for one).

4) Confirm your partecipation

After you receive our email and the admission contract, we kindly ask you to confirm your participation in the program by paying the first installment.

Luxury Management and Customer Experience

Tuition

The program costs € 19,000. This cost covers the entire length of the program, but it does not include living and travel expenses. A reduced fee of € 10,000 is available for students who have graduated from POLITECNICO DI MILANO with a Master of Science degree, no more than 3 years before enrolling in the Master. For John Cabot University alumni, the tuition fee is € 15,200.

POLIMI GSoM partners with Flywire to accept payments from international students worldwide.

Applicants for the International Junior Specializing Masters can apply for fee reductions. These are given out on a first-come first-served basis. Candidates need to request financial aid when they submit their application– please note that late requests for financial aid will not be considered.

Please note that we do not offer full scholarships, and that the DSU and other scholarships offered by Politecnico di Milano and the Italian Government cannot be used for POLIMI GSoM’s programs.
