The 1972 Society is a program that gives recognition to a special group of Alumni and Friends who support the JCU Fund (annual Fund). The 1972 Society is named in honor of John Cabot University’s founding year. Gifts to the JCU Fund (annual fund) are given without a pre-assigned destination or restriction of their use. This kind of unrestricted giving offers the University the most flexibility when embracing unexpected opportunities and facing unforeseen challenges. An unconditional gift allows JCU to maintain its standard and grow by fulfilling the University’s needs and achieving its mission. Annual gifts made by alumni and friends help JCU maintain the tradition of excellence and build a legacy of giving to the next generation of students.
*Benefits of membership in the 1972 Society are based on giving during the University's fiscal year, July 1 – June 30.
