Bio

Valentina Dorato teaches Italian Language and Culture at John Cabot University and in other American programs in Rome. She holds a Laurea in Humanistic Studies (Sapienza University of Rome), a Master In Italian as a Second Language (University of Roma Tre), and a Ph.D. in Communication, Social Sciences and Marketing from Sapienza University of Rome.

Her research and interests include innovative teaching methods, the use of music in teaching a foreign language, and how food reflects cultures.
