Bio

Tom Bailey studied philosophy at Oxford, Warwick, and Pisa, and has taught at John Cabot since 2007. He teaches courses in political philosophy, ethics, and business ethics, introductory, modern, and contemporary philosophy, feminist philosophy, the philosophy of art, the philosophy of love, and humanities research methods. He also advises the student philosophy club. His research focuses on ethics and political philosophy, and has ranged from Kant and Nietzsche to religious politics and food justice. He is currently exploring topics in anarchism and in the philosophy of the family.
