Overview

These courses incorporate elements of both theory and practice and will provide students with relevant critical thinking skills for understanding the basic dynamics structuring contemporary world politics.

Similar to the Major in International Affairs, the interdisciplinary nature of the minor is also intended to prepare students for professional work in a vast array of institutions involved in global governance, including foreign services, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, and transnational corporations. To that end, students can also use the minor to build up experience, skills and formation in the various International Affairs courses offered at the University.
