Bio

Tanja Lanza is Lecturer in Marketing at John Cabot University, where she has been teaching since 2019. She is a Marketing & Innovation Strategist with over 10 years of experience across corporate, agency, and consulting roles. At JCU, she also serves ad Advisor of the Grassroots Club (Sustainability). She teaches at POLIMI Graduate School of Management (since 2023), where she leads courses in Experience Marketing and Digital Marketing for the Master in Luxury Management, and Omnichannel Marketing in the Executive MBA program.

Until the end of 2024, she served as Head of Business Development & Executive Coach at the European Institute for Innovation in Sustainability (EIIS), where she worked with international organizations such as ENEL, Novartis, Save the Children, IFAD, and the European Parliament.

Earlier in her career, she held senior strategic roles at Alkemy and Caffeina, leading marketing and transformation projects for clients including Amazon, ENEL X, Procter & Gamble, Lufthansa, BNL, Nivea, and Haier.

Since 2021, she has embraced a more ethical and transformative approach to marketing as a tool for education, innovation, and positive change. She now works independently across academia and strategic consulting, and in July 2025, she co-founded Natural Digital Creatives, a collaborative creativer marketing studio focused on strategy and design.
