On October 15, 2025, JCU hosted its fourth annual Transatlantic Policy Dialogues, titled "New Horizons in Transatlantic Security and Defense Cooperation." The event opened with remarks by Armando Varricchio, Italy’s former ambassador to Germany and the United States.

After completing her undergraduate studies in Georgia with a dual degree in Business and Mathematics, Megan Zeldenrust decided to pursue an MA in International Affairs at JCU. She did an internship with the World Food Programme as part of the Community Feedback Mechanism team.
Victoria Brizzi graduated from JCU with a BA in International Affairs and a minor in Legal Studies. Her academic dedication and experience have positioned her for a promising career in international organizations.
Alumna Sara Gabai recently published research exploring the role of sustainability communication in driving behavior change, strengthening public engagement, and supporting policy advocacy.
Matthew Beckmann is a JCU alumnus (class of 2020). He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Humanistic Studies from JCU in 2019 and stayed on to earn an MA in Art History. Matthew now runs his own copywriting business in The Hague, Netherlands.

On October 7, 2025, John Cabot University hosted Professor Alain-Philippe Durand of the University of Arizona for two events: a workshop titled “The Humanities and the Future of Work,” and a lecture titled “Humanities’ Business.”
