Robert Christofferson is a change management consultant and faculty member of John Cabot University where he teaches Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. His interests lie in the areas of leadership and coaching performance improvement through competency enhancement and behavioral change. The particular approach applied to these areas has been to take a customized perspective and work closely in partnership with client companies to develop and implement change management platforms capable of inspiring new values in people across all levels so as to mobilize their emotions around the strategic objectives of the organization.
Among the companies and organizations that have used his services are Bulgari, General Electric, Electrolux, Beneteau, Abbott, Merck-Serono, Volvo, DSM, United Nations (FAO/UNIDO) and the Italian Public Administration.
He has worked extensively with management teams throughout Europe, North America and Asia with a capability to deliver programs in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
