Below you will find a selection of the most urgent positions that are being offered for the current semester in the context of the Service Learning Project. Please, note that if the job descriptions are in Italian, basic knowledge of the Italian language is required, as many of our partners work with the local community. Associazione di promozione sociale no profit nei settori Formazione, Counseling Psicologico e Orientamento al Lavoro collabora con professionisti ed associazioni no-profit del territorio, organizzando incontri di informazione-formazione, promozione e prevenzione su tematiche legate al benessere psicofisico e mondo del lavoro.

Attività:

1. Articoli blog e traduzione articoli

  • Redigere articoli e curare i contenuti del blog dell'associazione;
  • Tradurre dall'inglese all'italiano articoli di informazione su tematiche socio-psicologiche, benessere e lavoro.

2. Comunicazione e Social Network:

  • Gestire i social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Google+), incluso redigere i contenuti al fine di promuovere l'associazione, le attività ed i suoi eventi;
  • Partecipare agli eventi dell'associazione ed alle giornate di promozione e comunicazione con le associazioni partnership (convegni, conferenze, seminari).

3. Progettazione attività dell'associazione

  • Implementare la progettazione di eventi, corsi di formazione, workshop e di attività e servizi rivolti agli utenti (creazione di contenuti, slides, moduli di progettazione, preparazione del materiale didattico.).

Requisiti:

  • Laureati e laureandi/master in discipline umanistiche, sociologiche, psicologiche, comunicazione, HR;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta;
  • Interesse verso il mondo del volontariato e delle no profit;
  • Buon utilizzo pc e confidenza con social network;
  • Buona capacità comunicativa, gestione dei tempi, spirito di iniziativa, autonomia.

Periodo: 3 o 6 mesi.
Lavoro da remoto: svolto in parte in autonomia con mezzi propri, in parte attraverso incontri da concordare con i referenti a Roma.
Avvio stage: da concordare.

In particolare, l'associazione sostiene la Missione Latinoamericana di Roma ed è alla ricerca di 1/2 candidati per una posizione di Comunicazione/Fundraising/Segreteria.

Attività:

  • Collaborare nell'organizzazione, revisione ed archivio dei contatti mail e telefonici della onlus;
  • Collaborare nella cura della comunicazione attraverso i social media (Facebook,website,Tweeter,Instagram);
  • Collaborare all'organizzazione e cura di campagne mirate di raccolta fondi.

Requisiti:

  • Uso programmi di archiviazione e mailing list (Aruba, Excel, Mailchimp);
  • In grado di utilizzare i social media;
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana;
  • La conoscenza della lingua spagnola e/o portoghese è un plus;
  • Esperienza in campagne di fundraising no-profit.

Periodo: 9 mesi.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa nella docenza ai migranti;
  • Formazione in ambito grafico/informatico;
  • La conoscenza della lingua spagnola e/o portoghese è un plus.

Periodo: 9 mesi.

International NGO providing support, advice and protection to migrant children at risk of exploitation and abuse or those who are in conflict with the law, aged between 12 to 18 years. The project runs outreach activities, counseling and workshops which lead to training, networking and participation possibilities for the youth involved.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal applicant will possess knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to website redesign projects, monitoring and posting on blogs and social networks. The internship includes researching and implementing digital services for campaigning and new project.

MAIN TASKS
- Keep up to date on new social media tools (especially Facebook), best practice, and how other organization are using them in order to identify new campaigning opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies and new tools for recruiting and engaging supporters through social media
- Monitor and respond to supporter comments and emails regarding online content and new project
- Support to draft a monthly news letter
- To maintain strict confidentially of personal information

SKILLS
- To have flexible and adaptable work approach
- Knowledge of different aspects of social media and digital communication for awareness raising
- Ability to produce a variety of communications products for social media platforms
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with supporters

The ideal applicant will possess knowledge about data analysis. The successful candidate will turn data into information in order to support the intervention and the reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working in a multicultural team, to help describing the migration phenomenon.

MAIN TASKS
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- To maintain strict confidentially of personal information

SKILLS
- To have flexible and adaptable work approach
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using Excel for analyzing datasets

JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal applicant will possess knowledge about adolescents who are experiencing life difficulties. The candidate must have listening skills to help children to identify and express their feelings. The ideal applicant should has a genuine passion for caring vulnerable children, especially unaccompanied migrant children. The intervention is focused on supporting minors, both male and female, and bolstering the personal existing resources.

MAIN TASKS
- Help to follow up cases by keeping contact with people involved in case
- Help to carry out assessments on children and young people
- Support the Team by drafting case summaries
- Supporting and contributing to complete monthly report
- Supporting non psychologist colleagues in the relationship with vulnerable minors.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of the service
- Maintaining strict confidentially of personal information

International NGO providing support, advice and protection to migrant children at risk of exploitation and abuse or those who are in conflict with the law, aged between 12 to 18 years. JOB DESCRIPTION
Legal counseling is generally provided upon the child's request or whenever specific legal issues are identified during discussions or individual interviews. Information provided through legal counseling is detailed, exhaustive and tailored to each single case. Upon initial assessment of his/her specific situation and needs, the legal officer advises on the possible solutions, the risks of secondary movement and the right to protection in the aimed country, including the issues that may arise. The ideal applicant will possess knowledge about international law, migration law and should demonstrate a strong passion about unaccompanied migrant children issues.

MAIN TASKS
- Help to follow up cases by maintaining contact with people involved in case
- Support case preparation by drafting case summaries
- To support and contribute to complete monthly report
- Imputing information into file database
- To maintain accurate and up- to –date data records
- To maintain strict confidentially of personal information

Part-time/Full-time Internship with No-Profit Organization: Program for a "Welcoming and Inclusive Community".

Mission: promotion of integration and welcoming cultures. We welcome refugees, both individuals and families, and we promote activities, courses and initiatives open to anyone: refugees, migrants and the local community.

TASKS
The selected candidate will support the areas of welcoming and awareness raising with activities such as:
• Support for the implementation of the "Dialogue" Awareness Campaign with meetings in schools, churches, companies, and other Associations;
• Collaboration with the Social Worker for activities related to the Welcoming Area;
• Support the internal Career Service by helping refugees to write their Curricula and look for potential job opportunities;
• Support the webradio project in relation to awareness-raising activities;
• General support to the office's activities.

REQUIRMENTS
• Preferable bachelor degree in social studies and international relations;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in Italian is a must: knowledge of other languages is an asset;
• Strong Communication skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Ability to work in team;
• Be passionate about non-profit and the refugee mission.

Full-time/Part-time Internship with No-Profit Organization: Communication and Fundraising Department

TASKS
The selected candidate will support the Communication and Fundraising Department in activities such as:
• Contribution and support for the implementation of Communication's activities in regards to content management, social networks, website, newsletters and blog;
• Support for the implementation of Fundraising activities and campaigns;
• Research of new potential partners, both corporate and individual;
• Data entry;
• General support to the office's activities.

REQUIRMENTS
• Preferable bachelor degree in communication, marketing, international relations or business administration;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in Italian is a must: knowledge of other languages is an asset;
• Strong Communication skills;
• Deep Knowledge of Social Networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn;
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Ability to use programs for the creation of videos;
• Knowledge of WordPress CMS or platform for the creation of Newsletters such as MailChimp and MailUp is an asset;
• Ability to work in team;
• Be passionate about non-profit and the refugee mission.
