Each year I join families at John Cabot University’s annual graduation ceremony at Villa Aurelia with stunning Rome vistas in every direction to applaud the achievements of our graduating class. I find myself amazed year after year by the amazing men and women who I have had the honor to watch blossom from shy freshmen to confident world travelers and global scholars. While goodbyes are always challenging, each year I am confident that we have prepared them well for the real world.
This is the beauty of John Cabot. We are an international microcosm that invites students from far and wide and envelops them in a tight-knit family, where students bond with multicultural classmates while learning from similarly diverse professors. With Rome as an inspiring educational backdrop, our faculty helps students achieve a well-rounded American liberal arts education with an international perspective.
If your child is planning to travel to Rome to complete his or her college career, it is only natural that you feel anxious about your child living in a different country. As the mother of two JCU graduates with four children working and studying across the world, I understand your concerns and am here to help ease your fears and answer your questions in any way possible.
On the left navigation menu you can find some of the answers to the questions most parents of prospective students have. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions that arise, so we can help you prepare for one of your child’s most exciting and important experiences in their academic career.
