Application Dates for Regular and Study Abroad Students

All candidates are responsible for ensuring that the completed application and all supporting materials reach the University in time for the Admissions Committee to review the application and make a final decision. All new students are strongly encouraged to submit their Admission application by the priority application date in order to complete the necessary steps to enrolling at John Cabot University and obtain a study visa, if necessary, in a timely manner. The following are application deadlines for degree-seeking, transfer, and study abroad students:

Term Priority Application Deadline
Fall Semester June 1st
Spring Semester November 1st
Summer Session I April 15th
Summer Session II May 15th

See also JCU Academic Calendar.

Non-European applicants especially should allow sufficient time for the processing of their student visas by the Italian Consulate in their area of residence.

Students living in the United States or Canada have the option of sending their completed application and materials to either the U.S. Mailing Address in Florida OR Office of Admissions in Rome. Note that you should only send your materials to one location.

Applicants will be notified by email and regular mail of the decision of the Admissions Committee within ten days of their completed file being submitted.
