Muhlenberg College is an independent, undergraduate, coeducational
institution affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
America. Founded in 1848 to provide a liberal arts education in
the Christian humanistic tradition, Muhlenberg is committed to

The College
is located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, approximately 55 miles north
of Philadelphia and 90 miles west of New York City. As a liberal
arts college, Muhlenberg offers programs in the humanities, the
