JCU Housing Neighborhoods
| Trastevere: John Cabot University is located in this neighborhood. Characterized by narrow, winding, cobbled streets, it is full of small trattorie, restaurants, clubs and coffee bars. This is a popular destination for students and young professionals, so it is crowded and vibrant in the evenings. Apartments are in great demand here: affordable ones are small, storage space is limited and noise levels are high. There is an additional fee above the Traditional Housing price for these apartments, which are considered Close-in apartments. |

| Vatican Area: The area around and behind St. Peter’s and the Vatican is located approximately 25-minutes by bus from JCU. With more modern buildings and streets, good shopping and easy access to the center, it is a much sought-after residential neighborhood. Apartments here are considered Traditional Housing. The JCU Traditional Residence is also in this area. |
