Arrange for Pick-Up from Rome "Fiumicino" Airport
If you arrive at the Rome-Fiumicino Airport between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm during the check-in dates stated, transportation will be provided for you by JCU to the Campus, where you will check into your housing subject to your filling in and submitting the Arrival Form.
This must be done before your arrival, advising the Housing Office of your exact arrival date and time and carrier as soon as it is known. We cannot arrange transportation to JCU without this form.
If you do not submit your arrival information and/or you arrive before or after the pickup dates and times - including flight delays, misconnections, lost luggage, etc - you need to make your own arrangements and JCU will not reimburse you. We recommend you to use AUTOLINE ROMA*, one of our trusted/preferred provider, for transportation: they can be contacted at +39-340-495-3542. Please ask for your JCU discount.
No housing will be available to students under any circumstances before the scheduled check-in dates for each semester. If you arrive before the check-in date you must make private accommodation and transportation arrangements until your housing unit becomes available.
If you are traveling with family or friends please note that overnight guests are not allowed to stay in JCU Housing with you.
