A Global Student Population
As an American liberal arts university located outside of the United States, JCU’s student body reflects our commitment to build an international academic community composed of both full-time degree-seeking students and visiting students that fosters intellectual tolerance, freedom and integrity.
The small-community atmosphere created by our degree-seeking students complemented by the spirit of exploration brought to the University by our visiting American, Russian, Korean, and European students, creates a unique student body that thrives in the open, international city of Rome.
The very nature of JCU’s international, multilingual, and diverse community of interesting young people surrounds you with opportunities to observe, learn, be innovative and creative, and appreciate what it takes to collaborate with others who are different from yourself – and this will distinguish you as we enter into an increasingly interconnected world.
