JCU's four computer laboratories and the new Library Multimedia Laboratory provide a central point for students to work on computer science projects, prepare business presentations, write compositions and papers, check and send e-mail, and surf the Web.
The labs contain more than eighty personal computers equipped with the latest software, as well as b/w and color high-speed laser printers and scanners. In one of the main labs all the computers have writable DVD-ROM drives installed.
Those who seek for a one-stop shop for technology and bibliographic resources can take advantage of the Library Multimedia Laboratory.
John Cabot's computer facilities are staffed with well-trained professionals and student assistants available to help students in their computer work. This provides students in all academic areas an excellent learning opportunity in the fast-growing fields of information technology and computer applications.
