At the beginning of each academic year, new students will be issued an ID card free of charge. If the ID card is lost, stolen or illegible, there will be a replacement fee of 10 euros.

Students are expected to carry their card with them at all times when on University grounds. ID Cards should never be left in possession of a third party and students should not attempt to use an expired ID card or that of another student. JCU Security personnel have the right to request students to produce and/or surrender their ID cards.

Failure to present the card when requested by a University official will result in disciplinary action.
